St-Paul’s Rest Home

Dear Community Members,

Are you someone who likes to help out? Do you have a few free hours a couple of times a month to spend with others? If so, St. Paul’s Home needs you! Our residents enjoy receiving visits from community members, and participating in crafts and games. Volunteer some time to get involved at St. Paul’s Rest Home — your help will be greatly appreciated and your life will be enriched by the experience as our residents have some interesting experiences to share!

We would also welcome help with our annual fundraising events: the Pancake Breakfast, held during the Canada Day celebrations in Bury, and our Christmas Tea and Sale, held at the end of November each year. These events are a great way to participate and get to know other members of the community.

St. Paul’s, a fully certified Residence for the Elderly in the Eastern Townships village of Bury, has been caring for seniors and convalescents for fifty years. Our Home is a non-profit organization managed by a board of directors who are themselves volunteers and who strongly believe that the elderly of our community deserve a homelike, safe environment at a reasonable rate.
